Trademark First-to-File

China is a First-to-File country. The person who files the trademark will most likely get the trademark protection. However, one can file for the opposition if you believe your trademark is being copied by anyone in China. The fee for filling the Trademark is not higher and the process is very straight and simple. One can get the trademark response within 3 months from the date of filling. 

Trademark Registration 

If your trademark is approved by the examiner, you will get the registration certificate within 3 months from the completion of the examination. However, if you receive any objection of an earlier-filed application or similar application, you will have a chance to apply for a review.
